Today, September 10th, was the last day of practice for the Cambodian team before competition begins tomorrow. After the last few productive days of practicing twice, a hit in the morning and one in the afternoon, the team was allowed to rest this morning from tennis, and only went into the gym for a short interval workout on the treadmill followed by a very light abdominal workout.
